No Chicken Fajita wraps

Wraps have become a favourite in many homes, as they provide a quick, tasty and versatile dinner with any filling you want. And this obviously includes No Chicken Fajita, which is our plant-based chicken substitute. 
We have filled our wraps with typical vegetables such as carrots and edamame beans 🥕🍅🥑 Instead of meat, we have chosen to use No Chicken Fajita, which gives you the familiar taste of Mexican spices.

1 bag DAVA No Chicken Fajita
2 tbsp DAVA vegetable oil with lemon
2 carrots, cut into thin strips
1 red onion, sliced thinly
100 g edamame beans
1 red chilli, minced
1 handful of parsley, minced
Salt and pepper
4-8 tortillas
Salsa, optional


Prepare No Chicken Fajita according to instructions on the bag, but do not fry it.
Heat up the vegetable oil on a pan, and sauté No Chicken Fajita for 4 minutes in the pan over medium heat.
Then, add all the vegetables, and mix them gently with the No Chicken Fajita for 3-4 minutes. Add additional oil as needed.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Fry the tortillas on a very hot grill pan–very briefly–and add the filling right away.
Eat the hot wraps filled with No Chicken Fajita and possibly salsa.
