Banana bread

Servings: 1 banana bread

Serve a delicious banana as a treat after a succesful workout. Or just because you deserve it 🍌🍫


You need

3 ripe bananas
2 tbsp of coconut oil
1 tsp of vanilla powder
115 g DAVA whitePRO egg whites
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
50 g nuts
150 g whole grain flour or rice flour
50 g dark chocolate, chopped
Possibly a little sukrin or other sweetener to taste
A pinch of salt

How to

Mash bananas. Melt coconut oil. Mix the bananas and coconut together. Add egg whites and sweeteners.

Mix baking soda, flour, salt, vanilla powder, cinnamon and nuts into the mixture and stir well. Finally, add the chopped chocolate.

Pour the mixture into a bread pan with baking paper and bake for about 40 minutes at 180 °C.
