You need

115 g DAVA whitePRO egg whites
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
Mixed fresh herbs
15 g low fat cheese
2 slices of parma

How to

Whip egg whites and season with salt and pepper. Grate and chop pumpkin seeds.
Mix egg whites, herbs and pumpkin seeds.
Grease a small bowl with a little butter and pour the mixture into it. Grate the cheese on top.
Bake the frittata in the oven for about 13-15 minutes at 180 °C.
Served with a little salad and ham on top.
